Patton“以利用為焦點的評鑑”之探討與應用－以國內教育評鑑論文為例

摘要

Patton以利用為焦點的評鑑觀點，融合了質化評鑑設計與量化評鑑設計二分的歧異。本文探討Patton以利用為焦點的評鑑之五項特色，並據此評析國內教育評鑑論文之評鑑設計。發現據以分析之論文，所呈現出的評鑑設計模式與Patton所主張之六項評鑑混合設計模式不符。根據分析所得，研究者提出對Patton以利用為焦點的評鑑之討論，如擴充Patton六項評鑑混合設計模式，再檢證Patton六項評鑑混合設計的實用性等，並提出結論對學校和對未來研究之建議。

Patton takes utilization-focused evaluation combining qualitative and quantitative methods in evaluation. This article discusses five features of utilization-focused evaluation, and analyzes the domestic education-evaluation papers. This article presents unique model but doesn't match Patton six evaluation models. According to the report, the author makes the discussion about utilization-focused evaluation, such as expanding Patton six evaluation models, examining the use about Patton six evaluation models. The author also proposes the conclusions, and the suggestions for the schools and the future studies.
