學校如何進行永續校園局部改造-以桃園縣新屋鄉“陽光、綠意、水新屋”策略聯盟為例

How Does the Schools Proceed Sustainable Campus for Localized Rebuilding-for the Alliance of "Sun, Green, Nice Shin-Wu" in Taoyuan County Shin-Wu Township to Be an Instance

摘要


桃園縣新屋鄉「陽光、綠意、水新屋」策略聯盟埔頂國小、啟文國小、社子國小、頭洲國小,能夠順利申請九十五年教育部永續校園局部改造的經費補助,主要關鍵在於方案計畫撰寫時,除了必須深入了解永續校園的概念、永續校園局部改造的內涵之外,也要考量學校校園各項資源的配合度,方能針對學校整體環境的適切性,提出相容性的改造方案,最後能根據局部改造項目能與各學科領域相結合,發展主題課程,將永續校園理念融入日常師生教學內涵,讓學生可以從校園中進行多樣的學習。本文擬針對永續校園的概念、永續校園局部改造意義與內涵、「陽光、綠意、水新屋」策略聯盟永續校園局部改造經驗分享、策略聯盟申請95年度永續校園局部改造所面臨的問題與建議等向度,提出個人淺見,供未來擬申請教育部局部改造之教育先進經驗參考。

The alliance of ”Sun, Green, Nice Shin-Wu” in Taoyuan county Shin-Wu Township included Pu-Ding Elementary, Chi-Wen Elementary, She-Zi Elementary, Tou-Jou Elementary. We could successfully gain the fund that Education of Ministry provided the schools of island wide for local rebuilding of sustainable campus in 2006, the key factor was that we not only needed to understand what is the concept of the sustainable campus and the content of local rebuilding for sustainable campus but also had to considered the capacity of variety of resources in school campus when we prepared the application of local rebuilding, hence we could propose the compatible the rebuilding application in connection with the suitability of the entire environment in school wide. At the same time we could develop the curriculum of theme in accordance with the content of local rebuilding and combine with variety of academic subjects even though we could infuse the concept of the sustainable campus into the daily teaching for widening the scope of learning. This article has the following mainly ideas that we will discuss. The first is what is the concept of sustainable campus? And we will talk about the meaning and content of local rebuilding for sustainable campus, then we will share the experience that our alliance of ”Sun, Green, Nice Shin-Wu” locally rebuild our campus. At last I will talk about the problems that our alliance proceeded the program for local rebuilding of sustainable campus and according to these problems, try to propose some subjections for other school educators who will apply this program to create the sustainable campus for their own school.
