私校教育品質保障的建構策略

A Study for Construction Strategy of Private Schools Education Quality Safeguard

摘要


本研究使用質性的研究方法,採立意取樣,透過對五位學者專家訪談和七位實務人員焦點座談,蒐集他們對私立學校教育品質保障建構策略之應然觀點與實然意見。研究結論區分為學校內部與學校外部的建構策略兩類。學校內部策略包括建構強健的董事會、優質的學校經營、有效的教學輔導、整全的行政制度等;學校外部策略包括建構權變的督管措施以及彈性的經費獎助等。

The study is qualitative research about construction strategy for private schools education quality safeguard. Decides the sample, interview to five scholars and experts, seven personnel participate the focus group. To collection their opinion about construction strategy for private schools education quality safeguard. The research conclusion divides into two domain, the school interior and outside the school's construction strategy.
