Story-leadership is a new theory of the organizational leadership. The concept of story-leadership has been attracted more and more attentions by business administration and school administration. Story-leadership is one of the leadership's methods, it means that the leaders intent to affect employees or to communicate the information to employees through storytelling. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the applicable process of story-leadership in the school administration. The applicable process of story-leadership comprises three stages: the stage of ”forming stories”, the stage of ”storytelling”, and the stage of ”analyses of effects”.
