學生在選擇升學學校或科系,最重要的關鍵就是學生自己的「目標意識」,本研究主要在探討透過研究者自編之「台南縣國三學生選填升學志願影響因素研究之研究問卷」為研究工具,對台南縣國三學生升學志願的調查及研究,以了解他們的特性及影響因素,對學校提供建議及制訂妥善的招生策略。本研究利用SPSS 12.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體為統計分析方法,其主要研究發現如下: 一、國三學生在選填升學志願時,女性同學較會兼顧父母親的想法。 二、國三學生在選填升學志願時,女性較會受到同儕的影響。 三、在師長影響因素中,導師仍然最具影響力。 四、學校之師資及設備仍是學生選填志願時之重要依據。 五、在學校本身條件因素之考量方面,學校的學雜費仍為選校之重要依據。 六、在未來進路因素中,國三學生在填選志願最關心所唸之科系其未來之就業力。 七、來自高家庭收入與父親教育程度高之國三學生,其選擇志願時受父母親影響較多。 八、家庭收入愈高之國三學生則愈傾向於選擇高中就讀。家庭收入較低之國三學生,選擇國中畢業後立即就業之國三學生明顯較多。
During the process of choosing schools or departments, the key point is ”goal consciousness” of students. This research mainly explores the entrance choice of third grade students of junior high school in order to understand the character and influential factor, and brings out feasible recommendation and marketing tactics for colleges to build up appropriate canvassing strategies. The major findings of this research are as follows: 1. Compare to the third grade male students, the third grade female students are more concerned about the opinion of their parents in making entrance choices. 2. Compare to the third grade male students, the third grade female students have more possibility to be affected by their fellows in making entrance choices. 3. ”Mentor” is the most influential factor among teachers and seniority factor. 4. The faculty and facilities of schools are the essential conditions in making entrance choices. 5. Among the intrinsic condition of school itself, the charge of tuition is essential element in making entrance choices. 6. Among the future choice elements, the third grade junior high schools students mostly care about the employability of the fields are going to choose. 7. The third grand junior high school students who have a well-educated father and also come from high-income families are affected by their parents significantly in making entrance choices. 8. The third grand junior high school students, who come from high-income families, are apt to study in ”senior high school.” The third grand junior high school students, who come from low-income families, are inclined to ”take up an occupation”.
