我國小學校長培用制度之探究

The Preparation and Appointment System of Principals for Elementary Schools

摘要


「有怎樣的校長,就能培育出怎樣的學生」。由於校長是學校的領航員,宜有完備的校長培育制度,讓準校長能具有足夠的專業知識管理校務;有專業的證照制度,讓準校長能擁有亮眼的自信與專業品質保證;有積極的進修制度,讓準校長能持續不斷的成長與專業發展。 本文欲探討我國小學校長培用制度,自培用制度意涵談起,綜觀英、美、中國大陸、新加坡等國小學校長培用制度,探討我國實施校長培用制度的沿革與發展趨勢,歸納結論與建議,以作為我國建置校長培用制度系統之參考。

”As is the principal, so is the student.” The principals are the pilot of schools, so the government should set up the perfect principal preparation system for them to manage their schools' affairs. With the certificate system and refresher programs, the principals will have self-confidence and professional development to stress the quality of education. This article first explores the meanings of the preparation and appointment system. This is followed by an analysis of the trends of preparation and appointment system that focuses on United Kingdom, United States, China, and Singapore. After that, it is discussed the programs change and development of the principal in our country. It is concluded that the suggestions of the important of preparation and appointment programs should be adapted in order to institute our principal preparation and appointment system.
