情緒勞務與工作倦怠內涵相關研究分析及其對國民小學行政的啟示

摘要

隨著時代的變遷，對於學校行政人員的形象要求與期望日漸重視，因此，伴隨而來的業務所帶給行政人員的情緒負擔也就逐漸增加；然而，情緒勞務在程度上的不同是否就會影響工作倦怠威的產生呢？這正是本研究所要探究的目的與要旨。
本研究採用文獻分析法，藉由蒐集、整理、分析相關之國內外理論與文獻，來瞭解並分析國民小學行政人員情緒勞務與工作倦怠之現況及相關性，進而提出對於學校行政的啓示，作為現況改進的參考。

With the changes of the times, people pay more attention to the school administrators. So the administrators' emotional labor are increasing gradually.
However, will the difference of emotional labor influent the production of burnout? These are exactly the purpose and main idea why this research probe into.
This research adopts the analytic approach of documents, by collecting relevant domestic and international theories and documents to understand the present situation and the correlation of administrators' emotional labor and burnout in elementary schools.
I hope this research could be helpful to the improvement of school administration.
