臺灣資優教育政策之探究

Discussion on the Strategies for the Gifted Education of Taiwan

摘要


資優教育推動在臺灣已歷經35年了,而近年在特殊教育相關法令的修正,與部份資優教育政策的重新制定與修正之下,使資優教育的內容有所改善。本文首先將針對新修正特殊教育法中有關於資優教育的部份進行介紹,其次說明臺灣資優教育白皮書的內涵,並針對以上述的內容進行省思與建議,並對於推動時所產生的不同觀點進行釐清,藉以探究目前臺灣推動資優教育政策。以儘早達到資優教育的理想:適性教育、人盡其才、才盡其學、才盡其用等目標,提昇國民教育的整體品質!

It has been thirty-five years since the Gifted Education was implemented. The amendment to the Acts of Special Education in recent years and the re-establishment of and amendment to some part of the strategies of Gifted Education have improved what the Gifted Education could offer. This study first introduces the latest amended Special Education Act with regard to the Gifted Education. Secondly, the study amplifies the implications of the Gifted Education White Paper of Taiwan and provides reflections and suggestions for the above aspects. Meanwhile, various perspectives during the implementation are to be clarified to describe the strategies of Gifted Education initiated in Taiwan. It is hoped that with the least delay, this study would help achieve the goals of Gifted Education-”adaptive education”, ”no wasted talent”, ”talent for the right position and for the right application” in order to further elevate the overall quality of national education.
