本研究主旨為藉由文獻分析法來探討出教學導師所應具備的專業能力。研究結論顯示欲擔任教學導師的教師須具備(1)任教學科的專業知識;(2)教學示範的能力;(3)良好的課程設計能力;(4)教學視導能力;(5)班級經營能力;(6)良好的人際溝通技巧;(7)領導能力;(8)輔導能力,其中以「任教學科的專業知識」、「教學示範的的能力」「良好的人際溝通技巧」、「領導能力」、「輔導能力」、「教學視導的能力」是教學導師最為重要的專業能力。 欲提升教學導師的專業能力,相關的教育單位可多舉辦一些研習課程與學術研討會,而擔任教學導師的教師也可以多多參與,來提升專業能力,方能幫助教師專業素質的提升。
The goal of this study discussed the professional competencies of mentor teacher. The conclusion showed the teachers who want to work as mentor teacher must have these competencies, for instant, the professional knowledge of teaching subject, the ability of teaching demonstration, the good ability of curriculum design, the ability of teaching supervision, the ability of classroom management, the good personal communication skill, the ability of leadership, and the ability of counseling. Especially, the professional knowledge of teaching subject, the ability of teaching demonstration, the good personal communication skill, the ability of leadership, and the ability of counseling, the ability of teaching supervision are mentor teacher's very important professional competencies. For improving the competencies of mentor teacher, the related units could conduct studying curriculum and academic seminar. The mentor teacher could participate in the activities for improving the professional competencies that could help to improve the professional quality of teachers who are counseled.
