第四屆APEC教育部長會議探究及其對我國教育之啟示

摘要

自從1991年我國以「中華台北」會員國名義，成為APEC成員，APEC也成為目前實際參與的最重要國際組織之一。APEC自1989年成立以來，召開過4次教育部長會議，分別在1992年、2000年2004年與2008年，會議所提出的具體建議與計畫，對亞太地區教育的改善有相當助益。透過分析APEC教育部長會議之聯合宣言，不但可瞭解目前國際間教育的趨勢與潮流之外，更可強化教育的發展，促使我們思考教育政策規劃的方向。本文針對第四屆APEC教育部長會議做一詳盡探討與分析，並提出對我國教育的啟示。期望藉由與國際的接軌，以及關心國際發展的相關議題能獲得對我國教育發展的寶貴經驗。

Chinese Taipei was the member of APEC since 1991. APEC is the most important organization which we had jointed. By analyzing the education ministerial meeting, we can not only understand the international trend but also understand the direction of educational policy. The author analyzed the ”4th APEC Education Ministerial Meeting Joint Statement” and obtained the reflection of education. By combining the international and caring the issue of international development, we can obtain valuable experiences.
