本研究目的在瞭解臺北縣公立幼稚園實施協同教學之情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以臺北縣98學年度公立幼稚園之正式教師及代課一年以上之教師為研究對象,並以「臺北縣公立幼稚園協同教學之調查問卷」為研究工具,採分層隨機抽樣方式,共發出問卷508份,回收有效問卷415份,有效回收率81.7%。統計方法採百分比、次數分配、複選題分析。經資料處理分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、臺北縣公立幼稚園協同教學較多使用單元教學輪流主導之方式; 二、臺北縣公立幼稚園搭檔教師之組成方式多數是由學校與教師協調組成,其合作時間給予教師相當大的決定權; 三、多數臺北縣公立幼稚園教師已做到協同教學共同規劃課程、共同設計教學及共同評量幼兒的部分。 最後,根據研究結果對教師、學校、教育行政機關及後續研究提出建議,以作為提升幼稚園協同教學成果之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of team teaching in Public Kindergartens in Taipei County. A questionnaire survey was used in this study. There was 508 public kindergartens teachers in Taipei County teachers to answer the questionnaire. After data collecting and analyzing, The findings are as follows: 1. There are more teachers in public kindergartens in Taipei County to use the model of co-presentation. 2. In public kindergartens inTaipei County, the composition of partner teacher is coordinated by the schools and teachers, and teachers have considerable discretion in the time of cooperation. 3. Most teachers in public kindergarten Taipei County have been to plan courses commonly, design teaching commonly, and assessment children commonly. Finally, based on the results of this study, some concrete suggestions were offered to teachers, schools, the educational administration, and the future study.
