建構學校本位教學視導制度-協助教師專業成長

Constructing School-based Instructional Supervision System to Assist Teachers in Professional Growth

摘要


教學是教育的核心活動,教育改革應落實在教學層面;教師的教學表現,就是教育改革成敗的關鍵。協助教師專業成長以提升教學品質是當前教育改革的重點工作,建構學校本位教學視導制度則是協助教師專業成長的有效途徑。 本文首先介紹學校本位教學視導與教師專業成長的相關概念,強調教學視導是協助教師專業成長的有效途徑;教師專業成長的首要目的在於提升教學品質。其次說明如何建構學校本位教學視導制度,以有效協助教師專業成長。本文最後指出,為了協助教師專業成長,建構我國中小學學校本位教學視導制度有其必要性及可行性,卻是一項艱辛的教改工程,必須長期努力。

Teaching is the core of education, and educational reform should be carried out on the level of teaching activities. Teachers' performance in teaching is the key to the success of educational reform. Assisting teachers to develop their teaching professions and hence improve their teaching performance is the critical point of current educational reform in Taiwan, and constructing a school-based instructional supervision system is the effective way in helping teachers' professional growth. This thesis first introduces the related concepts of the school-based instructional supervision and teacher's professional growth, emphasizing that instructional supervision is the effective way to help teachers develop their teaching professions, in which a constantly advancing teaching performance is the most important goal. Secondly, this article explains how to construct a school-based instructional supervision system so that teachers' teaching performance can be effectively improved. Finally, this study points out that, in order to assist teachers in their professional growth, constructing a school-based instructional supervision system in Taiwan is necessary and feasible, though it is a tough and long way to go.
