自我組織、混沌邊緣與新世紀的校長領導

摘要
複雜理論之自我組識與混沌邊綠現象對於校長領導有諸多啓示，值得吾人加以探討，是以本文首先探討自我組識與混沌邊綠的意涵，之後從自我組識與混沌邊綠的觀點闡述校長領導的趨勢，以供教育領導之參考。 具體而言，本文從「基於自我組識，學校經營宜朝建立學習社群的方向發展並將組識彈性化」、「基於混沌邊綠概念，動態平衡處理兩難困境並締造創新、展現新氣象」、「基於非線性之現象，校長宜採量子型管理」、「基於去中心化控制，校長宜多採取分散式領導型態」、「基於湧現之現象，學校經營與領導宜主動調適」、「基於共同演化，校長宜重視教師參與及彼此關係之建立」、「基於增強組識適應力，校長領導宜主動建構」等方面探討新世紀的校長領導與學校經營趨勢。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the concepts of self-organization and edge of chaos. In new age, school leaders should pay attention to the development of self-organiztion and edge of chaos. In addition, the paper explains the influence of self-organization and edge of chaos on principal leadership. Finally, the author makes some suggestions for the school management and principal leadership.
