國民中學校長服務領導、教師組織公民行為與教師教學效能關係之研究

The Study on the Relationships among Principals' Servant Leadership, Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teachers' Teaching Effectiveness in Junior High Schools

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解國民中學校長服務領導、教師組織公民行為與教師教學效能之現況,探討不同背景變項國中教師知覺差異,以及上述三種變項之關係。本研究對象為臺中市公立國民中學教師,以「國民中學校長服務領導、教師組織公民行為與教師教學效能關係之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,正式施測有效樣本共568份,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析進行統計分析。研究結論如下:1. 校長服務領導屬中上程度;2. 教師組織公民行為及教學效能均屬高度程度;3. 不同職務的教師知覺校長服務領導有顯著差異;4. 不同年齡、職務與服務年資的教師知覺教師組織公民行為有顯著差異;5. 不同性別、年齡與服務年資的教師知覺教師教學效能有顯著差異;6. 校長服務領導、教師組織公民行為與教師教學效能三者有顯著正相關;7. 校長服務領導與教師組織公民行為對教師教學效能有顯著預測力。

The purposes of this study are to explore the current situations of, perceptions differences of, relationships among principals' servant leadership, teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and teachers' teaching effectiveness and to analyze the predictive capability of principals' servant leadership and teachers' organizational citizenship behavior toward teachers' teaching effectiveness in junior high schools. The instrument is ”Questionnaire on Principals' Servant Leadership, Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teachers' Teaching Effectiveness in junior high schools”. In this study, there were 568 valid samples in total under formal testing. The data was analyzed by the descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. Principals' servant leadership is above average. 2. Teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and teaching effectiveness are of high degree. 3. In different positions, teachers' perceptions of principals' servant leadership is significantly different. 4. Teachers' perceptions of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior are significantly different in terms of different ages, positions, and working duration. 5. Teachers' perceptions of teachers' teaching effectiveness are significantly different in terms of different genders, ages, and working duration. 6. There were positive correlations among principals' servant leadership, teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and teachers' teaching effectiveness. 7. Both principals' servant leadership and teachers' organizational citizenship behavior have a predictive effect on teachers' teaching effectiveness.
