The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between the principal's multi leadership strategy and teachers' organizational citizenship behavior in the elementary schools. It's expected that the studying result can provide the principal to manipulate multi leadership strategy effectively and stimulate teachers' organizational citizenship behavior in order to promote the teaching effectiveness. The result of the study suggest that: 1. The principal can manipulate structural strategy and symbolic strategy to stimulate teachers willing to show the organizational citizenship behavior. 2. Rebuild teachers' professional dedication to promote the contented attitude toward occupation.
