本研究旨在探討桃園市國民小學校長科技領導、教師組織公民行為與學校創新經營效能之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關、預測情形,並瞭解三者因果關係及桃園市各行政區群聚情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以104 學年度桃園市184 所公立國民小學,共8,950 位正式教師作為研究母群體,抽取974 位教師作為調查樣本,得有效問卷902 份。 資料處理以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析、結構方程式及集群分析等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國民小學校長科技領導、教師組織公民行為與學校創新經營效能之現況均達到高的程度。 二、不同背景變項之校長科技領導、教師組織公民行為與學校創新經營效能有顯著差異。 三、校長科技領導與教師組織公民行為呈現中度正相關;教師組織公民行為與學校創新經營效能、校長科技領導與學校創新經營效能呈現高度正相關。 四、校長科技領導與教師組織公民行為對學校創新經營效能具有預測力。 五、教師組織公民行為對校長科技領導與學校創新經營效能具中介效果。 六、校長科技領導、教師組織公民行為與學校創新經營效能有群聚關係。
This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among principals’ technology leadership, teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and school innovation management effectiveness of public elementary schools in districts of Taoyuan City, analysis of the differences, related to the prediction of different background variables, and to explore the relationship between the three causal pathways relationship cluster. This study adopted questionnaire to 104 school year, Taoyuan City, 184 public elementary schools, 8950 formal teachers, receiving back 902 valid ones. Collecting data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and SEM. The results showed that: 1. Principals’ technology leadership, teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and school innovation management effectiveness perceived by the teachers from public elementary schools in Taoyuan City are significantly above theoretical average. 2.Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in principals’ technology leadership,teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and school innovation management effectiveness. 3. There is a moderate correlation between principals’ technology leadership and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and there is a high correlation between teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and school innovation management effectiveness, principals’ technology leadership and school innovation management effectiveness. 4. Principals’ technology leadership and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior have the significant prediction toward school innovation management effectiveness. 5. “Teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior” is a moderate variable between principals’ technology leadership and school innovation management effectiveness. 6. Principals’ technology leadership , teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and school innovation management effectiveness have a cluster relationship.
