If the school wants to be survived, it must rely on the teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors. Analyzing 10 questionnaires about the teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors, the research discusses the definition, the objects, the revision and the domains of the construction. Th definition is the spontaneous behaviors or the prosocial behaviors about Individual, team and organization. The objects are the teachers, the Principals and the supervisiors. The questionnaires are the semi-structured questionnaire, using the used questionnaire or the revision about the organization context. The domains are one, two or multiple factors.
