國小兼任行政教師行政倫理指標建構之研究

Indicators of Administrative Ethics for Part-time Administrative Teachers in Elementary Schools

摘要


隨著教育行政典範的移轉,學校行政倫理逐漸成為重要的一項議題。本研究旨在建構學校兼任行政教師行政倫理指標。首先,透過相關文獻蒐集與分析初擬國小兼任行政教師行政倫理指標,再以焦點團體座談及德懷術以評估指標適切性,並透過AHP以了解層面及分層面的相對權重。本研究結論如下:一、兼任行政教師行政倫理層面分為效益倫理、正義倫理、關懷倫理、批判倫理及德行倫理等5大層,16項分層面及47項細項指標;二、行政倫理層面中以正義倫理層面最為重要;三、行政倫理分層面中以遵守法律分層面最為重要。

With the shift of educational administrative paradgim, school administrative ethics has become an impotant issue incresely. This study aims to construct the indicators of administrative ethics for part-time administrative teachers in elementary schools. First, the literature relating to concepts of school administrative ethics were collected and analyzed to establish structure of indicators, then experts are invited to evaluate the relevancy of indicators by focus group discussion and Delphi. Furthermore, AHP was used to caluate the weights of the dimessions and subdimessions. The findings of this study are follows: 1. The indicatiors consisted of 5 dimessions including ethics of utility, ethics of justice, ethics of care, ethics of critique, and ethics of virtue, 16 sub dimessions, and 47 items. 2. In elementary school teachers, administrative ethics, ethics of justice is the most important dimession. 3. In elementary school teachers, administrative ethics, the most important subdimession is obey the laws.
