一所國立高中的校長領導與學校組織文化之探究

A Study of Organizational Culture and Leadership in Senior High School

摘要


本研究採非結構式訪談以及文件分析之方式,探討領導者如何建立學校文化,如何引導學校發展。除了探究校長領導與學校文化之現況與關係並進一步分析學校領導者如何形塑學校組織文化。研究發現:(1)學校組織建立受創辦人之辦學理念及領導風格影響頗深;(2)領導者以校園和諧為基礎,發揮領袖之魅力形塑學校優質文化;(3)對內以學生為本位,激發師生對學校之認同是塑造優質學校組織文化的基礎;對外誠懇謙卑,運用行銷策略是形塑文化之方式;(4)學校組織文化建立於領導人之基本假定,顯現於學校文化價值與學校建築;(5)領導者堅持原則,發揮執行力;帶領團隊,必可形塑優質學校文化。

By adopting the unstructured interviews and document analysis, the research exerted the framework for understanding leadership and organizational culture. The findings of the research were mentioned as the followings. (1) The founder's philosophy and leadership style had deep impact at the beginning. (2) A leader created a quality culture in campus-based harmony. (3) Student-based, school identification, and marketing strategy were viable ways to shape culture. (4) The organizational culture of school was established by leader's basic assumption. (5) The leader shaped high-quality school culture by insisting principle and teamwork.
