本研究旨在探究國民小學全方位教師領導與正向教師文化之現況及關係。首先,釐清全方位教師領導與正向教師文化的概念;其次分析不同背景變項的苗栗縣國民小學教師知覺全方位教師領導與正向教師文化之差異情形;最後探討全方位教師領導對正向教師文化之預測力。問卷調查對象係以苗栗縣國民小學2792人教師為母群,問卷施測對象採分層隨機抽樣共抽取669人,有效回收問卷600份,有效問卷回收率89.6%,分別以平均數、標準差、t考驗、單分子變異數分析、積差相關、逐步多元迴歸的統計方法進行分析;訪談部分,立意取樣校長、主任、組長及教師共計8人進行訪談。最後,提出研究結論,並根據本研究的結論,對教育行政機關、學校行政人員、學校教師及未來研究提出相關建議供作參考。
This research intends to explore the relationship between comprehensive teacher leadership and positive teacher culture. Firstly, the concept of comprehensive teacher leadership and positive teacher culture was clarified. Secondly, explore the relationship between comprehensive teacher leadership and positive teacher culture at the elementary schools in Miaoli County, including the impact of their different backgrounds on this relationship.Explore the relationship between elementary comprehensive teacher leadership and positive teacher culture discuss the significantly prediction between elementary comprehensive teacher leadership and positive teacher culture; provide results of this research to educational authorities, school administrators, school teachers, and future researcher for their reference. As stratified samples, 669 elementary school teachers in Miaoli County were randomly selected. Each was given a uniform questionnaire. As a result, 600 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The valid retrieval rate amounts to 89.6%. The data analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression.Finally, based on the result of this research, suggestions are provided for educational authorities, school administrators, school teachers, and future researchers for their reference.
