從教師領導研究回顧探討其若干應用與限制

Discussion on Some Applications and Limitations from the Review of Teacher Leadership Research

摘要


教師領導為新興之領導議題,近二十年來有越來越多關於教師領導的研究。唯其發起因國內外國情制度不同,是否真能為第三型領導力?本文回顧近10多年實證研究,並討探國內教育現況的應用與限制,及以學校社會系統模式,論述教師領導可行之若干應用及限制,期能供現場之應用與後續之研究。

Teacher leadership is an emerging topic of leadership. There have been more and more researches on teacher leadership in the past two decades. Could it really be the third type of leadership, because its different conditions and systems between Taiwan and abord? This article reviews the past ten more years of empirical research and discusses the application and limitations of the current domestic education situation, and discusses the feasible applications and limitations of teacher leadership based on the social-system model for schools. It is expected to be available for field application and follow-up research.
