本研究主要目的在探討台南市國民中學教師領導與教師專業發展間之關係,經由文獻探討並形成問卷後,再以台南市61 所國民中學、3833 位教師為研究對象,進行調查、分析,所獲結論如下:一、 臺南市國民中學受試教師教師領導與教師專業發展之得分居於中高程度。二、 不同性別、擔任職務及學校規模之臺南市國民中學教師在教師領導上有顯著差異。三、 不同婚姻狀況、年齡、最高學歷及服務年資之臺南市國民中學教師在教師領導上無顯著差異。四、 不同學校規模之臺南市國民中學教師在教師專業發展上有顯著差異。五、 不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、最高學歷、服務年資及擔任職務之臺南市國民中學教師在教師專業發展上無顯著差異。六、 臺南市國民中學教師之教師專業發展因教師領導的程度不同而有顯著差異。
The purpose of this research was to understand the relationship between the leadership and the professional development of teachers in the junior high schools of Tainan. The final results of the study are shown below: 1. The current status of the Tainan City junior high school teachers in teacher leadership and teacher professional development is living in a high level. 2. Different sex positions and size of the school of Tainan City junior high school teachers in terms of teacher leadership, has significant differences. 3. Different marital status, age, highest level of education and years of service Tainan junior high school teachers in terms of teacher leadership has no significant difference. 4. Different schools to the size of the Tainan City junior high school teachers in the teachers' professional development do not have a significant difference. 5. Different gender, age, marital status, highest level of education, years of service and positions of the Tainan City junior high school teachers on the professional development of teachers has no significant difference. 6. The professional development of teachers of junior high school teachers in Tainan City, significant differences in the extent of teacher leadership.
