析論校長創新領導對教師知識管理能力之影響

A Study of the Influence of Principal's Innovational Leadership to Teacher's Knowledge Management Ability

摘要


本研究旨在探討國民小學校長創新領導對教師知識管理能力的影響。研究採取調查研究方法,蒐集資料分別以積差相關、集群分析與結構方程模式進行分析。研究結論如下:1.具有高度校長創新領導的校群,其教師知識管理能力較高。2.國民小學校長創新領導與教師知識管理能力之間有顯著正相關;3.國民小學校長創新領導與教師知識管理能力有顯著因果關係模式。

The purpose of this study was to inquire the influence of principal's innovational leadership to teacher's knowledge management ability. The study methods were adopted literature review and questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by cluster analysis, product-moment correlation and SEM analysis. Conclusions were made as followings: 1. Schools with a high degree of principal's innovational leadership have greater teacher's knowledge management.2.Positive correlation were found between principal's innovational leadership and teacher's knowledge management.3.Causal relationship model were found between principal's innovational leadership and teacher's knowledge management. Some suggestions were also given following the above conclusions for the future reference of elementary school principals.
