The purpose of this study was to inquire the influence of principal's innovational leadership to teacher's knowledge management ability. The study methods were adopted literature review and questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by cluster analysis, product-moment correlation and SEM analysis. Conclusions were made as followings: 1. Schools with a high degree of principal's innovational leadership have greater teacher's knowledge management.2.Positive correlation were found between principal's innovational leadership and teacher's knowledge management.3.Causal relationship model were found between principal's innovational leadership and teacher's knowledge management. Some suggestions were also given following the above conclusions for the future reference of elementary school principals.
