台南市家長選擇幼兒園考量因素之調查研究

A Study on Factors of Parental Choice of Preschool in Tainan City

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解台南市家長選擇幼兒園考量因素之現況。研究採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,並以台南市公私立幼兒園家長為研究對象,回收之有效樣本824份。以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、事後比較、皮爾森積差相關、逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現:(一)台南市家長選擇幼兒園整體考量因素和設備、師資、課程教學、價格、環境、親師互動等6因素現況皆為非常符合,但在便利因素現況為大多符合。(二)台南市家長選擇幼兒園考量因素的現況,不同教育程度、家庭每月總收入、園所屬性差異不大,不同身份、年齡、家庭狀況則無差異。(三)台南市家長選擇幼兒園整體考量因素與設備、師資、課程、環境、親師互動等五因素皆呈現高度正相關;整體與便利、價格等二因素皆呈現中度正相關。(四)家長選擇學校考量因素之預測因素主要有三個:課程教學因素、環境因素、便利因素。根據研究結果對幼兒園和教保服務人員提出建議,以作為參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore parental choice of preschool in Tainan City. The measurements applied in this study included Factors of Parental Choice Scale. The participants consisted of the preschool parents in Tainan City. A total of 824 effective samples were collected. The obtained data was analyzed with statistics methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANONA, Pearson product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were summerized as follows: 1. The overall situation of the preschool in Tainan City and the equipment, teachers, curriculum and instruction, tuition, environment, and parent-teacher interactions were all very corrosponding. However, the convenience factor was mostly corrosponding. 2. The status of parental choice of preschool in Tainan City is different. There are a few differences in education levels, monthly household income, or properties of the school. There are no significant in status, age, or family status. 3. The overall considerations into factors of preschool for parental choice in Tainan city have highly positive correlation with equipment, teachers, curriculum and teaching, environment, and parent-teacher interactions. 4. There are three predictable factors for parents to select school: curriculum and instruction, environment, and convenience. According to the conclusions, suggestions for preschools and educators were proposed.
