管理時尚探討造成流行時尚的管理理論,了解其流行成因、進行辨識、及分析對領導實務的影響,教育領導理論也有類似造成流行的現象,卻未見深度探討,因此聚焦探討教育領導理論流行的相關課題和實證分析其流行情形。經文獻評閱,本研究提出教育領導理論流行的意涵和特性,指出五類研究方法、三種評估方法、四階段發展模式和八類發展類型以做為實證研究基礎。經文件分析,提出19個重要教育領導理論清單為實證分析樣本,針對五個文獻資料庫,以引用分析和趨勢分析找出transformational leadership為居流行時尚地位的教育領導理論,發現八種教育領導理論流行發展類型。本研究說明文件分析、引用分析和趨勢分析是利於探討教育領導理論流行。
The management fashion focused on discussing the fashion management theories, understanding its reasons about fashion, identifying the fashion theory, and analyzing its influences on leadership practices. Educational leadership theory has also caused similar phenomenon as management fashion. Lack of deeper study on the fashion of educational leadership theory is a problem. Therefore the study focused upon exploring the related topics of the fashion of educational leadership theory as well as empirically verifying its fashion situations. Based on literature reviewing, the meaning, contents and characteristics about the fashion of educational leadership theory were proposed. Five research methods, three assessing methods, and four periodical developmental models were provided as the base for empirical testing. After conducting document analysis, 19 important educational leadership theories was taken as samples for empirical testing. Using citation analysis and trends analysis with five literature databases, transformational leadership was confirmed as a fashion educational leadership theory. Eight developmental types for interpreting the fashion of educational leadership theory were also discussed. Moreover the study illustrated that documental analysis, citation analysis, and trends analysis are useful to explore the fashion of educational leadership theories.
