技術型高中校長正向領導之研究

The Study of Vocational High School Principal's Positive Leadership

摘要


校長是學校之領航者,影響學校發展的方向,正向領導能使組織克服經營的困境,發展成員優勢潛能使之有正向的超越表現。惟國內目前有關正向領導之相關研究也以量化研究居多,較少針對校長自覺領導方式進行研究。因此,本研究之目的在於探討技術型高中校長正向領導的實踐作為。本研究採質性個案研究,以深度訪談及文件資料分析,選擇臺北市立安安高級工業職業學校(化名)校長為訪談之對象。本研究發現校長正向領導之實踐包含:一、感恩惜福換位思考,以身作則肩擔重任。二、接納尊重真誠為要,建立優質夥伴關係。三、正向語言互相信賴,發掘優點正向解讀。四、正向信念薪火相傳,善用場合宣揚願景。

A school's principal shepherds the school's path, influencing its direction. Positive leadership can help the organization overcome its dilemma and encourage the members inside to fulfill themselves, even transcend. Recent positive leadership researchers tend to use quantitative research methods, focusing on elementary and junior high schools; few researchers adopt principal awareness as their research method. Hence, the purpose of this research is to discover how a vocational high school principal performs positive leadership. This research is a qualitative case study, in-depth interview and documents analysis, the research subject is the principal of Taipei Municipal An-An Vocational High School. The researcher discovered that principal's positive leadership practice contains: 1. To be grateful, cherish blessings, put yourself in others' shoes to garner consensus; to set a good example, carry heavy duties. 2. To accept and truly respect others, support and approve to build high quality partnership. 3. To communicate with mutual trust by using positive language, discover merits and interpret them positively. 4. To pass down positive belief, seize the occasion to advocate vision in order to build consensus and earn support.
