為了建構一個美好共榮的新世代環境,學校的經營除了重視學校效能之外,永續發展的概念進入校園後將有助於學校長遠發展,是未來學校領導者需認真擘畫的藍圖;臺灣在永續發展教育的推動已行之有年,欲營造一所具備永續發展精神的校園環境,不能僅依賴政策的推動,校長選擇合適的領導策略更有如手握一把開拓新局的鑰匙,如何在每日熾熱的領導危機中,選擇正確的策略解決危機,同時在校園中孕育永續發展的精神,考驗著領導者的智慧。本文採用文獻分析與系統性文獻綜述兩研究法,得到以下研究結果:第一,臺灣推動永續發展教育已具初步成果,但推動形式仍待修正;第二,樂見學校經營的理念由學校效能蛻變為具有永續精神的永續發展校園;第三,火線領導為營造永續發展校園合適的領導策略。
In order to build a beautiful and co-prosperous environment for the new generation, in addition to emphasizing school performance in school management, the concept of sustainable development will contribute to the long-term development of the school after it enters the school. Taiwan has been promoting education for sustainable development (ESD) for a long time. If you want to create a campus environment with the spirit of sustainable development, you can't just rely on the promotion of governmental policies. The principal's choice of appropriate leadership strategies is more like holding a key to open up new campus. The key, how to choose the right strategy to solve the problem in the daily crisis, while nurturing the spirit of sustainable development in the school, tests the wisdom of principals. This paper adopts two research methods of literature analysis and systematic literature review, and obtains the following research results: first, the promotion of education for sustainable development in Taiwan has achieved preliminary results, but the form of promotion still needs to be revised; secondly, school effectiveness has transformed into a ESD-effective school with sustainable spirit; thirdly, Firing-line leadership strategy is an appropriate way for creating a ESD-effective school.
