從正向心理學觀點論國中生所知覺到的社會支持與自尊對主觀幸福感之影響

The Effects of Social Support and Self-Esteem on Well-Being of Junior High School Students: Positive Psychology Perspective

摘要


本研究係以正向心理學理論為基礎,考驗國中生所知覺到的社會支持與自尊對主觀幸福感之影響。本研究的研究對象係從北、中、南各地區選取兩所國中,每校各抽取5班的學生,有效樣本共計946人。研究工具包含社會支持量表、自尊量表及主觀幸福感量表。本研究所蒐集的資料以SEM進行考驗。結果發現:(1)社會支持對自尊與主觀幸福感具有直接影響;(2)自尊對主觀幸福感具有直接影響;(3)社會支持會透過自尊,進而對主觀幸福感產生間接效果。最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並提出學校教育與未來研究之建議。

Based on the positive psychology theory, the purpose of this study is to explore the effects of social support and self-esteem on subject well-being. There are five classes selected from each school of schools in northern, central, and southern Taiwan, respectively. The valid participants sums up to 946 totally. The instruments used in the study included the Social Support Scale, Self-esteem Scale, and Subject Well-being Scale. The collected data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that: (1) Social support had direct effect on self-esteem, and subject well-being. (2) Self-esteem had direct effect on subject well-being. (3) Social support had indirect influence on subject well-being through self-esteem. Finally, detail results and suggestions for further research and implementation were discussed.
