墾丁森林遊樂區遊客道德情緒與不當行爲關係之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討墾丁森林遊樂區遊客道德情緒、責任感與不當行爲之關係。道德情緒係指羞恥感、罪惡感與尷尬感；不當行爲意指亂丟垃圾以及攀折花木。本研究以立意取樣選擇460位遊客作爲研究對象；使用遊客道德情緒、責任感與不當行爲問卷收集研究資料；採取多元迴歸分析，探討自變項與依變項之關係。分析結果顯示，遊客道德情緒與責任感顯著地影響不當行爲，亦即遊客道德情緒與責任感愈強烈，則亂丟垃圾與攀折花木可能性愈低。本研究進一步討論上述結果之實務意涵。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of visitor moral emotions and obligation to vandalism in Kenting forest recreation area. The moral emotions consist of shame, guilt, and embarrassment. Littering and flower picking are regarded as vandalism. A moral emotion, obligation, and vandalism questionnaire was used to collect the self-report data of 460 visitors. The data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that moral emotions and obligation significantly contributed to the littering and flower picking behaviors. Namely, the stronger the visitor moral emotions and obligation arc, the lower the possibilities of littering and flower picking are. Implications of the results are further discussed.
