本研究的目的爲:一、瞭解幼教老師休閒參與的現況。二、探討休閒知覺自由、休閒利益和休閒阻礙對於休閒參與的影響。本研究以台中市209名女性幼教老師爲受試對象,平均年齡爲29.74歲(SD=7.48)。以休閒知覺自由量表、休閒利益量表、休閒阻礙量表和休閒參與問卷爲研究工具。並將所蒐集的資料以描述性統計(平均數、標準差)和多元逐步迴歸分析分析來探討。獲得的結果如下:一、幼教老師最常從事嗜好類休閒活動,而最不常從事運動類休閒活動。二、休閒勝任和促進身心健康可以有效地預測大眾媒體類的休閒參與。三、休閒勝任和休閒愉悅可以有效地預測文化活動類的休閒參與。四、休閒愉悅、促進身心健康、休閒勝任和結構阻礙可以有效地預測運動類休閒參與。五、休閒愉悅可以有效地預測社交類休閒參與。六、休閒愉悅、休閒勝任和促進身心健康可以有效地預測戶外活動類休閒參與。七休閒愉悅和休閒控制可以有效地預測個人嗜好類休閒參與。
The purposes of this research were: 1. to understand the present leisure condition of kindergarten teachers, and 2. to examine the influence of perceived freedom in leisure, leisure benefits, and leisure constraints on leisure participation. The subjects were 209 kindergarten teachers in Taichung City. The research tool were ”Perceived Freedom in Leisure Scale” ”Leisure Benefits Scale” ”Leisure Constraints Scale” and ”Leisure Participation Questionnaire”. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics method (mean, standard deviation) and stepwise multiple regression. The results were as follows: 1. The most leisure activity of kindergarten teachers was hobbies activities, and the least leisure activity was sports activities. 2. Leisure participation of mass media was predicted by perceived leisure competence, and promoting physical-mental health. 3. Leisure participation of culture events was predicted by perceived leisure competence, and perceived joyful of leisure. 4. Leisure participation of sports activities was predicted by perceived joyful of leisure, promoting physical-mental health, perceived leisure competence, and structure constraints. 5. Leisure participation of social activities was predicted by perceived joyful of leisure. 6. Leisure participation of outdoor activities was predicted by predicted perceived joyful of leisure, perceived leisure competence, and promoting physical-mental health. 7. Leisure participation of hobbies activities was predicted by predicted perceived joyful of leisure and perceived leisure control.
