體育教師在課程決定歷程中,難免受到諸多的複雜因素所影響。本研究旨在以台澎金馬地區各公私立國民小學教師為研究母群,探討我國國小體育教師課程決定之影響因素。採取質量並行的研究取徑,量化方面透過問卷調查法,採分層隨機抽樣抽取1000份樣本,約佔全國國小教師人數之0.97%;共回收830份,其中廢卷23份,有效樣本計807份。再以描述統計、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)與薛費法(Scheffes' mothed)做事後比較進行統計。質化方面除觀察3名國小體育教師,並分別訪談8名國小體育教師、組長與校長,並配合文件分析。研究結果發現:國小體育教師課程決定影響因素之整體平均數為3.61,顯然國小體育教師課程決定時,經常受到一些主客觀因素的影響。從各構面來看以「學校情境」的影響為最高,次為「教師特質」的影響,其餘依序為「學生狀況」、「課程因素」以及「外在因素」的影響。至於,不同背景變項國小體育教師課程決定影響因素,分別在性別、教育專業背景、學歷、擔任職務以及參與研習、服務年資、任教年級等各構面上有顯著差異存在。
In the course to curriculum decision-making, it is hardly without involving many complicated affected factors. The aim for this study was to explore what factors affecting elementary school physical education teacher on curriculum decision-making, and the entire elementary school teachers were in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu areas as research population. Both quantitative and qualitative methodologies were conducted. In quantitative side, we choose to use the questionnaire survey. By Stratified Random Sampling, 1000 samples are sent, of that reach about 0.97% of all elementary school teachers in Taiwan. Among the total 830 retrieving questionnaire samples, deducting 23 invalid samples, we get 807 effective samples. Then descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe' method are used for post hoc comparison. On the one hand, we qualitatively observe three elementary school physical education teachers; and on the other hand, we also interview eight different school teaching manpower, including elementary school physical education teachers, section chiefs, and school principals. Documentary analyses are included, too. The results show that the overall mean for factors affect elementary school physical education teachers in curriculum decision-making is 3.61. Apparently this process is nevertheless frequently affected by some subjective and objective factors. Whereas taking every perspective into consideration, it is ”school circumstance” that affecting the most, followed by ”teacher characteristics”, ”students' conditions”, ”curriculum factors”, and ”external factors”. As to different background variables affecting elementary school physical education teacher on curriculum decision-making, we see variables such as sex, professional educations, academic background, jobs, as well as workshops participation, years of teaching, and grade teaching existence of the significant differences.
