以小白菜為標的探討蟹殼發酵對蟲害防治上的效果

Using pakchoi as Target to Examine the Fertilizer Efficacy of Insect Pect Prevention by Use of Crab Shell Ferments

摘要


蟹殼含有相當豐富的幾丁質,屬於甲殼類動物的外殼,其主要為N-乙醯葡萄糖胺以β-1,4鍵結組成的不溶性多醣類。許多微生物或植物能分泌幾丁質酶,將幾丁質水解成小分子醣體,再將其吸收利用作為生物體所需的營養源。本研究目的即利用蟹殼於Bacillus licheniformis YT-1幾丁質分解菌發酵處理後作為肥料,以小白菜為指標作物進行蟲害防治的試驗。實驗結果發現蟹殼發酵對小白菜蟲害防治具有良好的效果。

Crab shell contains quite abundant chitin, belongs to the outer cover of shellfish's animal, it is mainly composed of N- acetyl glucosamine byβ- 1, 4 linkages to form insoluble polysaccharide. Many microorganisms or plants are able to secrete chitinase to hydrolyze the chitin to small molecules, and then absorb it and utilize as the nutrition source that the organism needs. The aim of this study is to utilize the fertilizer made from crab shell fermentation with Bacillus licheniformis YT-1, and to use pakchoi as the indicator crop to examine the efficacy of insect pest prevention. The results verify that the fertilizer efficiency is to exist to the insect pest prevention of the pakchoi by use of crab shell ferments.
