摘要

本研究主旨在以自編「汽車系統之故障及原因問卷」及「消費者年平均維修調查問卷」，利用隨機抽樣方式，前者主要以調查高雄縣市地區汽車維修廠於引擎、底盤、及電機等三大子系統，最費時修護之故障問題；而後者則針對高雄縣市地區駕駛者所進行維修狀況調查。除此之外，本研究再利用「汽車系統之故障及原因訪談表」，做為延伸輔證之用，對於所找出之問題進一步分析其內容，包括故障可能原因、維修時間、金額、以及修護現場所發生的臨時狀況等，並依據研究結果提出結論及建議，提供日後車廠維修技師與駕駛者做為車輛保修之參考。

In this research, the troubles and causes in automotive system are investigated using survey method. The questionnaire is composed of three sections: engine, chassis and electric and the thirty anticipants are selected randomly on Kaohsiung area in Taiwan. There are several important issues surveyed- troubles, causes, fee, time, and repairing difficulty. According to the statistical results, the several conclusions and suggestions are offered to the technicians and the drivers in automotive maintenance and troubleshooting.
