青少女墮胎經驗之研究

隨著性態度的開放，青少女墮胎問題需要更多人的關注，而2005年公布「學生懷孕事件輔導與處理要點」後，學校必須先了解她們的處境，才得以事前預防及事後協助。有鑑於此，本研究目的在探究影響青少女懷孕的因素、決定墮胎的因素及墮胎後的影響。研究對象選取就學期間選擇墮胎的青少女十位，進行深度訪談。研究發現，影響青少女懷孕的因素，主要為個人接受錯誤的性訊息及同儕經驗而加深好奇心及僥偉態度，加上男朋友對性行為的要求，使青少女發生性行為時忽略避孕，或採取錯誤的避孕措施。決定墮胎的因素方面，個人因學業未完成、無經濟能力及逃避養育責任，周遭同儕及男朋友提供墮胎的意見及管道，或求能逃避社會輿論壓力，加上部分遭受男朋友遺棄，都讓懷孕青少女作出墮胎決定。墮胎後的青少女藉由回憶及周遭人事物都可能隨時觸發愧疚、自責、生氣、後悔、悲傷、罪惡感等融合的負向情緒。這個經驗對青少女產生不同程度的影響，從注重避孕措施至不想與異性交往。

As the sex attitude is getting more and more open nowadays, the pregnancy and abortion problems of adolescents become more and more important issues. This study was designed to explore the factors of the adolescent's pregnancy, abortion and the influence of abortion. Ten high school female students who had abortion during the school year were interviewed in this study. The research findings are as follows. With the influence of incorrect sex informaiton, and the influence of peers and boyfriends, the research subject tend to forget to use the contraception or take a wrong contraception. Being only high-school students, lack of independent economic status, influence from their peers and boyfriends were some factors that made adolescent subjects decide to get an abortion. After getting the abortion, they felt guilty, self-reproached, anger, regretful, sad, and had the mixed negative emotions. And these adolescents come with the different attitudes from insisting specific contraception to refusing meeting new boyfriends in the future.
