本文旨在就「台灣醫學教育發展史」課程自研發、實施到檢討的歷程加以回顧。96學年度上學期由兩位教師協同教學,課程的教學行動方案,主要為運用醫學人物傳記作為主題探索的基本資料、加強學生的資訊素養、將Big6問題解決策略融入教學中、並藉此引導學生進行主題探索。 課程實施後的成效包括:學生深入了解所探究的主題人物、並多受醫界前輩行誼的啟發;同學自發性的主動學習態度有所改善;問題解決能力有顯著成長。猶待修正補強者包括:課程內容的再充實;儲備修課表現優異的同學作為本課程的教學助理;自主學習契約的訂定等。
The main purpose of this article is to review the course titled as ”The History of Medical Education in Taiwan”. There were two teachers for collaborative teaching in 2007 academic year. The action plan of the course was to promote students’ information literacy by using the biographies of medical figures as the basic materials for topic inquiry. The Big6 approach was incorporated into the course, directing students in solving their information problems. On the whole, there are some learning outcomes from the course implementation. Students acquired profound understanding of the selected figures they investigated and were markedly inspired by the deeds of these medical figures. Their attitude of active and spontaneous learning was improved. Their problem-solving abilities were enhanced. However, there are still rooms of improvement: the restructure of the action programs, the appointment of teaching assistances selected among distinguished students, the stipulations of autonomous learning agreement, and etc.
