本研究目的在瞭解與民眾使用成人健檢及對於成人健檢滿意度之相關因素,並採用電話訪問蒐集初級資料,共訪問610名於1998年6月接受成人健檢者以及750名最近三年未曾接受成人健檢者。研究結果顯示不曾聽過成人健檢服務者、不知道自己血壓者、兩年內有接受其他健康檢查者、現在有吸菸者、兩年內不曾自費到醫院診所健檢中心或檢驗院健康檢查者、不認同“成人應定期做健康檢查”者等,較不傾向接受檢查。受檢民眾對檢查結果感到非常滿意或滿意者佔66.1%,其中教育程度較低者、有收到報告者、兩年內曾接受其他健康檢查者,以及曾接受完整健檢項目者,對所接受之成人健檢感到較滿意。 本研究建議主管機關如果希望提升民眾接受檢查的比率,以及提升受檢民眾的滿意度,應該持續加強教育宣導,讓民眾多瞭解成人健檢的內容以及其重要性。
The purpose of the study was to examine factors associated with the utilization of the adult health examination of NHI and satisfaction toward the examination. Telephone interview were used to gather primary data. Totally 610 examinees and 750 persons who did not receive the examination in the past three years were interviewed. Those who did not know the examination, unaware of their own blood pressure, had smoking habit, received other health examination in the past two years, did not receive self-pay health examination in the past two years, disagree with ”Adults should accept health examination regularly” inclined not to receive the examination. 66.1% of the examinees were very satisfied or satisfied with the examination. Those who were less educated, received the report, receive other health examination in the past two years, accepted complete examination were more satisfied with the examination. In order to elevate the utilization rate of examination and improve the satisfaction of people, the authors suggest the authorities to augment the propagation to let people know the content and importance of adult health examination.
