目的:本研究欲了解護理人員對社群媒體LINE應用於工作上之接受意圖,藉由科技接受模型(TAM)及任務-科技配適(TTF)理論,探討對護理工作績效之影響。方法:以某軍醫院之護理人員為研究對象,共發出305份問卷,回收279份,有效回收率91.4%。資料分析包括描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關分析,並運用結構方程模式(SEM),進行模型驗證。結果:LINE的「任務特性」及「科技特性」會顯著影響護理人員實際應用於工作;而認知有用及認知易用性,是護理人員持續願意使用LINE的重要因素,最後「任務-科技配適度」及「社群媒體實際應用」對於提升護理人員之工作績效有著顯著影響。結論:運用社群媒體LINE可有效提升護理人員溝通及訊息傳遞,主管若能善用此科技,將有助工作績效提升。
Objective: To understand the intentions of nursing staff in applying the messaging app LINE for work acceptance and explore its effect on job performance by adapting the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the task-technology fit (TTF) model for exploring the factors that explain software use and its association with user performance. Methods: Nursing staff in military hospitals in Central Taiwan was included. In total, 305 questionnaires were distributed to participants, and 279 valid responses were obtained. Deta analysis used Means and standard deviations, frequency distributions, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and structural equation modeling. Results: A strong correlation was noted between LINE's mission characteristics and technical characteristics on the actual application of nursing staff. LINE's cognitive usefulness and ease of use were critical factors in the continued willingness of the nursing staff to use the app. In addition, TTF and social media were noted to significantly improve nursing staff performance. Conclusions: LINE app is the most favorable mobile messaging app for use among hospitals due to its simple features and the resulting ease of use and prevalent use. Finally, mobile messaging apps, which facilitate effective communication, are indispensable in the daily lives of hospital management team members.
