This paper focuses on the establishment and evaluation of sustainable development indicator of Taiwan's fishery. We identify prior related sustainable development research and based on the literature review to build measurement. The Delphic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used in this investigation and totally was proceeded five rounds. In the first two rounds we ask the fishery experts to identify the key factors effect fishery operation and explore the related issues of fishery's sustainable development at present, and then in the late three rounds we engage the weighted measurement to fishery's sustainable development factor. Consequently, we are available most four important dimensions involved sustainable development, ecology, economic, and social. Finally we provide an establishment and evaluation of sustainable development indicator of Taiwan's fishery and conclude six suggestions with fishery experts to the issues related about Taiwan's sustainable fishery development.
