摘要


以有限元素法建構精確的數值模擬人偶,不但能夠縮短車輛設計的研發時程,更可獲得準確的分析數據,以提供車輛安全領域研究的參考。本論文以LS-DYNA3D分析程式建構美規側面碰撞人偶有限元素模型,並針對美國聯邦車輛安全法規FMVSS 214及MADYMO使用手冊中所訂定的人偶規範進行有限元素模型與滑撬試驗側撞模擬驗證。並與文獻實驗值進行比較,以驗證有限元素側面碰撞人偶的正確性及人偶在模擬車內環境中的動態反應。本論文建立之有限元素側面碰撞人偶模型,可應用於車輛側面碰撞的分析工具上,以探討車輛事故中人體的動態反應及損傷分析,並可以作為車輛結構改良及安全防護配備研發的參考及車輛側面碰撞相關法規之訂定。

The finite element model allows a more detailed and accurate representation of the physical dummy including the flexibility and material behavior. The finite element modeling becomes essential in investigating the occupant's dynamic behavior and injury analysis. The purpose of this study is to construct a SID numerical model by using LS-DYNA3D finite element code. According to the FMVSS 214 and MADYMO manuals, validations are based on comparison with impact tests for calibration of physical model. Additionally, simulation results show reasonable agreement with test results. This model can be used to analyze the dynamic response and injury of occupant in collisions. These results can be useful for evaluation of crash safety of a vehicle and design of new occupant restrain devices.
