Chronic Intussusception Due to Burkitt's Lymphoma in a Child-A Case Report
慢性腸套疊肇因於Burkitt's淋巴癌幼童病例報告
摘要
慢性腸套疊定義爲腸套疊持續大於或等於14天。一位兩歲7個月大的小男孩，來醫院的主訴爲腹部腫塊和間歇性腹痛持續一個月，在診斷爲無法解離的慢性腸套疊的情況下我們實施手術切除，病理報告爲Burkitt's淋巴癌，在手術後馬上給予化學治療。這位病患在追蹤4.5年之後仍然健在存活。

Chronic intussusception is defined as intussusception lasting for 14 days or more. Here we report a 31-month-old male patient who presented with an abdominal mass and intermittent abdominal pain for one month. Under the impression of irreducible chronic intussusception, surgical resection was performed. Results of pathological studies proved Burkitt's lymphoma. Chemotherapy was initiated soon after operation. He appeared well throughout the follow-up period of 4.5 years.
