摘要

「脊椎的嗜伊紅性肉芽腫(eosinophilic granuloma, EG)」在文獻上極為罕見，我們報告一例發生在三歲小女孩胸椎的嗜伊紅性肉芽腫，其當初的臨床表現極為特殊，主要是進食時腹痛。X光檢查發現其胸椎有一腫瘤，在電腦斷層引導下，我們採集其腫瘤檢體，經細胞學診斷為嗜伊紅性肉芽腫。我們採用放射治療（總劑量為1,000雷得），病人症狀好轉後出院。迄今，經過十年的追蹤，病人目前情況良好亦無其他後遺症。我們將討論嗜伊紅性肉芽腫的臨床表現、治療方法及其預後。

Eosinophilic granuloma of the spine is rarely reported in medical literature. We report on a case of eosinophilic granuloma of the thoracic spine in a three-year-old girl with unusual presentations of abdominal pain while eating. Radiotherapy was performed and the patient was followed-up for a ten-year period. The clinical features and treatment of the disease are discussed below.
