摘要


本篇個案報告是運用Watson關懷理論護理一位全身性紅斑性狼瘡青少年主要照顧者的過程。護理期間自九十五年八月十二日~九月二十八日,筆者於門診藉由觀察、傾聽、電話訪談的方式收集主、客觀資料進行分析,歸納出個案面臨女兒罹患全身性紅斑性狼瘡,對其造成的主要護理問題有焦慮及照顧者角色緊張。針對上述的護理問題,運用Watson理論中關懷照護精神,與個案建立互信關係,協助個案心理調適並提供個別性的護理措施,來減輕個案的焦慮感,進而提升其照顧患童的能力及個案與女兒的生活品質。

The authors present a case study of a nursing experience applying Watson's Caring Theory to a SLE adolescent's primary caregiver. Data were collected by observation, listening, and telephone interviews between 12th August and 28th September 2006. Major nursing problems were: (1) Anxiety (2) Risk for Caregiver Strain. The authors describe in detail the primary intervention effor using Watson's caring theory with calls for building a mutual confidence foundation, providing individual protective nursing, reducing the caregiver's anxiety, promoting ability of patient for care and enhancing quality of life.
