綜觀有關心理幸福的實證成果大多僅在於探討個人背景變項、社會網絡對心理幸福的影響,鮮少採用重視身材的觀點對心理幸福進行檢證,本研究依據所探討的文獻,並且結合「社會網絡」、「重視身材」和「心理幸福」三個構念,來建構一個影響大學生心理幸福的因果模式。 本研究取用國立臺灣師範大學教育與評鑑中心釋出的臺灣高等教育資料庫,研究對象為全國各大專院校的大三學生,同時運用結構方程模式統計方法檢證其模式適配度。研究結果發現,社會網絡和重視身材對大學生心理幸福分別有直接正向與負向的影響,而且共可預測到大學生心理幸福的21%。最後,研究者根據研究結果,提出如何提昇大學生心理幸福之實務建議,以及進一步研究的具體意見。
Previous studies concerning psychological well-being tended to verify the effect of personal background and social network predominantly, but much less investigate that of figure value. Based on the reviewed literatures, the study incorporated three concepts of social network, figure value, and psychological well-being into a cause-and-effect model accounting for the student's psychological well-being, and then employed structural equation modeling (SEM) to verify the model fit. In the study, the database of the Center for Higher Education Research (CHER) was used, being provided from Center for Educational Research and Evaluation, National Taiwan Normal University, and the subjects were junior students in all colleges and universities in Taiwan. The findings of this study were shown that the effect of social network or figure value on psychological well-being for college students was directly positive or negative, respectively, and those factors could also predict 21% of the subjects' psychological well-being. At last, practical suggestions were proposed for enhancing students' psychological well-being and possible further investigation.
