This study is exploring what factors of the financial surplus of the school fund the influencing factors of the school affairs fund of the national high school in Taiwan from 2007 to 2015. The empirical results show: (1) The implementation of the school affairs fund system can encourage schools to open source and increase self-raised income. Therefore, schools that set up school affairs funds first have more surplus. (2) The agency factor has an impact on the depreciation expense. The change factor of the principal's term and gender will affect the scale of the school's use of purchasing the capital gate. (3) The source of the capital gate budget should be set by the relevant proportion of the self-owned operating fund to reduce the problems caused by different agents. The mentality of the general manager and the ethics and attitude of the procurement staff are also important agents of the impact.
