本研究主要目的為:一、比較不同改變模式第一、三個月自我效能、知覺利益及障礙的差異;二、比較不同改變模式第三、六個月自我效能、知覺利益及障礙的差異;三、比較不同改變模式第一、三、六個月自我效能、知覺利益及障礙的差異。研究採縱貫方法進行,立意取樣186位受試者後,進行六個月三次行為階段、自我效能、知覺利益及障礙調查,共完成評量者124位(平均年齡37.18±8.54歲),所得資料以多變量單因子變異數分析進行處理。結果發現:一、前進模式第一、三個月自我效能及知覺利益高於且知覺障礙低於後退或維持模式;二、前進模式第三、六個月自我效能及第三個月知覺利益高於後退或維持模式,第三個月知覺障礙低於後退或維持模式;三、前進模式第一、三、六個月自我效能及第一、三個月知覺利益高於後退或維持模式,第一、三、六個月知覺障礙低於後退或維持模式。本研究建議:行為改變初期及過程應提升自我效能並增加知覺利益,讓階段持續以前進方式進行改變,並應降低知覺障礙,避免階段滯留不做改變或以後退方式進行改變。
The purpose of this study were: (1) to compare the differences among different stage of change for exercise model in self-efficacy, perceived benefits, and perceived barriers on the 1st and the 3rd month; (2) to compare the differences among different stage of change for exercise model in self-efficacy, perceived benefits, and perceived barriers on the 3rd and the 6th month; (3) to compare the differences among different stage of change for exercise model in self-efficacy, perceived benefits, and perceived barriers on the 1st, the 3rd, and 6th month. Longitudinal methods was utilized in this study, after convenience sampling selected 186 subjects, carry on investigated three times of stage of change, self-efficacy, perceived benefits, and perceived barriers in the six months, and to total 124 subjects (average age 37.18±8.54 years old) completed questionnaire. The collected data analysis was analyzed by the one-way MANOVA. The results were as the follows: (1) The progressive model self-efficacy and perceived benefits were high than also perceived barriers was lower than backward model and retain model in the 1st and the 3rd month. (2) The progressive model the 3rd and 6th month self-efficacy and the 3rd month perceived benefits were high than backward model and retain model, and the 3rd month perceived barriers was lower than backward model and retain model. (3) The progressive model the 1st, the 3rd, the 6th month self-efficacy and the 1st, 3rd month perceived high than backward model and retain model, and the 1st, the 3rd, 6th month perceived barriers was lower than backward model and retain model. This study suggested that the behavior change initial period and the process should promote self-efficacy and the increase perceived benefits, let the stage continue to go progress the way to carry on the change, and should reduce perceived barriers, avoids the stage not changing or the backward change.
