高中大學手球隊選手知覺教練領導行為比較之研究

The Comparison Study of Coaches' Leadership Behavior by the Consciousness among Handball Players between in Universities and in High Schools

摘要


本研究目的在於:一、瞭解高中、大學手球隊選手知覺教練領導行為之現況比較;二、瞭解不同人口統計變項的高中、大學手球隊選手知覺教練領導行為差異之比較。統計方法採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析。研究對象為全國師生賽高中生288人,大學生178人。研究工具為「教練領導行為量表」,經統計分析,獲得以下結果: 一、高中、大學手球隊選手知覺教練領導行為現況比較為(一)專制行為同樣最高;第二為關懷行為;第三為民主行為;第四為高中獎勵行為,大學為指導與訓練行為;第五為高中指導與訓練行為,大學是獎勵行為。 二、不同人口統計變項的高中、大學手球隊選手知覺教練領導行為差異之比較:性別、與教練相處年數、最高成就三項高中及大學皆達顯著差異,年齡部分大學達顯著差異,每次訓練時間、每週訓練頻率兩項高中及大學達顯著差異,在運動年資方面高中及大學則無顯著差異,高中的年齡及每週訓練次數統計變項無顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to understand: (a) the comparison of the current status of coaches' leadership behavior by the consciousness among handball players between in universities and high schools; (b) the comparison differences of different demographic variables coaches' leadership behavior by the consciousness among handball players between in universities and high schools. Data obtained was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA. 288 selected high schools' athletes and 178 selected universities' athletes in the national game of teachers and students as the subjects of this study. The research instrument was The Coaches' Leadership Behavior Scale. The result of data analysis by investigating questionnaire was the following: 1. The Comparison of the current status of coaches' leadership behavior by the consciousness among handball players between in universities and in high schools: (a) the coaches' leadership behavior perceived more ”Autocratic Behavior”. The second was ”Social Behavior”, the third was ”Democratic Behavior”, the forth was ”Rewarding Behavior” for players in high schools and ”Training & Instruction” for players in universities, and the fifth was ”Training & Instruction” for players in high schools and ”Rewarding Behavior” for players in universities. 2. The comparison differences of different demographic variables coaches' leadership behavior by the consciousness among handball players between in universities and high schools: (a) there was significant difference in universities' and high schools' players with gender, years for getting along with the coach, the highest achievement. There was significant difference in universities' players with age and in high schools' players with training time a day and training frequency a week. There was no difference in universities' and high schools' players with team participating time and in high schools' players with age and training frequency a week.
