摘要

隨著時代進步，社會愈趨多元，加上許多專家學者、民間組織的奔走，台灣在兩性方面的議題逐漸受到重視。經過幾十年的努力，雖然運動性別的刻板印象還是深植民心，但是己有相當的進步，運動場上已不再只是男人的專利，女性運動已漸漸走入場中，不再是場外的附屬品。本研究擬回顧相關研究來探討運動的性別刻板印象，期能藉由運動領域性別運動相關問題的討探及擬定解決策略，讓兩性共同享受運動經驗與肯定自我的運動能力，並作為推動兩性平等運動之參考與建議。

As time progresses, increasingly pluralistic society, and efforts from many experts, scholars, and nongovernmental organizations, the gender issue in the sport activities in Taiwan is increasingly important. After several decades of effort, although the gender stereotype in the sport activities is still deeply rooted in people's mind, there had been considerable development for more equality between male and female athletes. The sport activities are no longer just dominated by male athletes as more and more female athletes have participated in the sport activities. This study was to review the previous researches in the gender stereotype of athletics and to develop the strategy to overcome the gender barrier in the sport activities. As such, the male and female athletes can equally participate in sport activities and assert their exercise capacity. This study was to provide some recommendations for the campaign of gender equality in sports.
