Purpose: To investigate students' physical activities among different styles of dancing curriculum. Methods: The subjects in this research were 188 college students (M±SD=20.3±3.2 years; 159.9±5.6 cm; 53.9±10.0 kg). All the subjects were investigated their physical activity in four weeks and put on record. The recorded data then was analysed with descriptive statistics to get the mean, standard deviation to acquire the whole concept of physical activity in this research. Also, t-test were used in this research to check the two style dance curriculum between physical activity. Results: The measured physical activity was 3633 steps in aerobic dance curriculum every four weeks. The measured physical activity was 1859 steps in jazz dance curriculum. As the results, the physical activity in the two different kinds of dance reached the significant level, p<.05. Conclusions: Pedometer can be used as the tool to measure the physical activity in order to monitor the physical activity in the two different kinds of dance curriculum. The main distribute of this research may help to achieve more directions on health promote or physical fitness in dancing teaching.
