大學舞蹈體驗課程學生參與感受與評量因素之研究

摘要


舞蹈是以身體為媒介,透過身體的姿勢、動作與運動作為表達表現的方法;舞蹈可以視為一種休閒活動,具有得以觀賞、進行社交、培養體適能、作為創作及自我實現的方式。學校教育中有舞蹈的學習課程,而大學也開設舞蹈相關課程。本研究之目的在於分析參與舞蹈體驗課程的感受與因素,以120名學生參與即興創作課程後之問卷調查為資料,藉由因素分析方法,導出自主評量舞蹈體驗感受的因素。研究發現學生參與舞蹈體驗課程之因素內容,包括了舞蹈表現與表達、理解舞蹈方法、參與體驗舞蹈課程的不安、自信心、與他人合作,以及對課程用心肯定等;後透過再次維度縮減因素分析結果,確定將舞蹈體驗因素歸納為理解方法、心理側面、有能感、合作之四個因素,學生舞蹈體驗感受程度(得分)是依照,合作因素、方法理解因素、心理面因素、有能感因素之順序排列。本研究所得結果可提供舞蹈指導與未來深度探究舞蹈體驗研究之參考。

Dance uses dancer's body as a medium, through body postures, limb actions and movements as means of expression; dance can be regarded as a leisure activity, with a way to watch, socialize, cultivate physical fitness, as a way of creation and self-realization. There are dance courses provided in school education, dance-related courses are offered at universities as well. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feelings and factors of participating in a dance experience course. Using the questionnaire survey of 120 students participating in the improvisation course as its data, the factor analysis method is used to derive the factors for evaluation of their dancing experience. The survey results show that the main aspects of the experience of students' participation in a dance experience course encompass dance performance, understanding of dance methods, anxiety and self-confidence in the dance experience course, cooperation with others and self-effort. Subsequently, this study can summarize the dance experience factors into four factors of comprehension method, psychological aspect, competence, and cooperation by simplifying the dimension reduction factor analysis results again. In previous analysis, the student's dance experience feeling degree (score) is determined according to the following factors: the order of cooperation factors, method understanding factors, psychological factors, and empathy factors are arranged. As a result, this study provides an appropriate reference for dance guidance and future in-depth exploration of dance experience researches.
