不同性別籃球選手知覺教練領導行為、內在動機及滿足感之研究

A Study of Perceived Coaches' Leadership Behavior to Intrinsic Motivation and Satisfaction among Basketball Players

摘要


本研究之目的:(一)比較不同性別籃球選手知覺教練領導行為、內在動機與滿足感之差異;(二)了解教練領導行為、內在動機與滿足感之相關情形(三)探討教練領導行為對內在動機與滿足感之預測。本研究之受試對象為大專籃球聯賽二級選手340人,平均年齡為20.17±2.21歲。統計方法為獨立樣本t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迥歸分析。受試者在非比賽期間填寫基本資料表、運動領導行為量表、運動動機量表及滿足感量表。研究結果顯示:不同性別選手之知覺教練領導行為、內在動機及滿足感均無顯著差異。知覺社會支持與專制行為可有效地預測內在動機;而知覺訓練與指導、民主行為、社會支持及專制行為亦可有效地預測滿足感。

The purpose of this study was Three-fold: (1) to compare the perceived coaches' leadership behavior, intrinsic motivation and satisfaction of different gender. (2) to examine the relationships of perceived coaches' leadership behavior, intrinsic motivation and satisfaction. (3) to investigate the effects of the perceived coaches' leadership behavior in predicting intrinsic motivation and satisfaction. Subjects were chosen from participants of second division in University Basketball Association. The total subjects were 340 and their average age was 20.17±2.21 years. The independent t-test, and Pearson product moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used as statistical methods. During non-competition periods, the subjects were asked to complete Leadership Scale for Sport, Sport Motivation Scale and Satisfaction Questionnaire. The results indicated that no differences were found in perceived coaches' leadership behavior, intrinsic motivation and satisfaction among players of different gender. The perceived social support and autocratic behavior could validly predict intrinsic motivation. However the perceived training and instructions, demoncratic behavior, social support and autocratic behavior were four effective predictors of satisfaction.
